Meet the Team

Mr Wheeler is our Headteacher, SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead. He joined the school in September 2022 and since then has been working to make the school the best it can be. Mr Wheeler has worked in educational leadership since 2016 and prior to starting at St Peter's worked in schools across Cornwall supporting school improvement- particularly in English and SEN. Prior to this he worked as a teacher, psychological consultant, and university lecturer. In his spare time Mr Wheeler enjoys music- playing piano and trying to sing, walking and swimming. 

Mr Wheeler loves reading a range of books, but his favourite genre is epic fantasy- particularly the works of Tolkien.
